|2-10-10-2 Articulated Steam Locomotives|
What can one say about a monster such as the one shown above from the Virginian Railway? A 2-10-10-2 compound articulated Mallet, it ranks behind only some of the Triplex locomotives (such as the 2-8-8-8-2) as having the most driving wheels. As far as I know, such locomotives were limited to the Virginian and the Santa Fe.
